- Weichai Deutz BS III Engine
World class electronically controlled Weichai Deutz BS – III engine enables high torque at low rpm. Low fuel consumption, high life engines meet the Indian standards. The engine is designed to reduce sound level in the cab to ensure better operator comfort and performance. The Turbocharged low-emission, high-performance CRDI engine is equipped with air to – air intercooler. Its Electronic engine control unit regulates fuel for optimal performance in all operating situations. The “3″ Power Modes are unique to the SDLG Loaders in this class.
- Power shift planetary transmission
Specially designed 5 ton capacity power shift planetary transmission with two forward and one reverse speed coupled with twin turbine torque converter for smooth gear shifting and long life.
- In-house developed axles
SDLG’s axles are an integrated part of the drive train; it adopts the strengthened driving axle featuring latest technology and performance. It provides greater bearing force, machine stability and reliability.
- Smooth and effective braking
SDLG Loaders are enhanced with SDLG’s Air over hydraulic disc brakes. They have long operating life, service friendly and enables smooth and effective braking action with power cut off function. The emergency brake is electro mechanically operated.
- Hydraulic System
Patented hydraulic control mechanism with double pump and Load sensing Orbital Valve makes the operation more operator friendly, higher production and increased reliability. Working pump matched with the engine power which greatly increases the production efficiency. Improved seal structure adopted for the whole hydraulic hoses which increases the sealing reliability.The single Joy stick pilot control system enhances smooth & fast operating & reduces operator fatigue.
- Clean and comfortable workspace
SDLG provides excellent workspace for the operators. The cab is ergonomically designed with inbuilt air conditioner as standard fitment for optimum operator performance with reduced noise inside the cab. Large windscreens, narrow pillars ensure panoramic visibility, thus further increasing safety, Comfort and Productivity go hand-in-hand
- Attachment for every need
The L936 Multi Tasks with great ease. Apart from the different Bucket options, Optional attachments like Log Fork, Log Grapple, Pallet Fork, Side Dump buckets are available. The L936 fitted with these attachments can easily be found across India handling your material with ease.
